- 2 or 3 good sized cucumbers, peeled and chopped. No matter the variety. They are all delicious. We grew ours at home, but if you had a choice in buying, mabye I’d go with Persian Cucumbers? They are especially crisp and juicy.
- 3 or 4 Spring Onions, chopped. I like to use the whole thing even the greens.
- 3 or 4 good size Tomatoes chopped. Any kind will do. Again, we grew ours at home, so I used a collection of smaller varying varieties, and if you are buying, maybe do the same? some beefy, some sweet, some green zebras, some heirloom – for fun and color.
